By train

From Geneva, Zurich, Basel, Berne, Milan, Germany you can get to Brig without changing trains. At Brig you change for Betten (approx. 12 km), and from Betten station you are carried gently up to Bettmeralp by the large cable car. You can book your luggage through to Bettmeralp! Onward transport from the station to your hotel or chalet is no problem – in winter by skidoo, in summer by electric bus.

Thanks to the Swiss Runners Ticket all participants benefit from a free journey by public transport in 2nd class from their residence to the event location and back. Find out from the individual offers how to obtain the free Swiss Runners Ticket.

A few day befor the Aletsch Halbmarathon, all registred runners will recive by mail 2 personel codes, where they can print out on ch/ticketshop a free return ticket / 2nd class for the public transportation.
The Swiss Runners Ticket is personally and only valid in combination with the start number. How does it work?

Arrival ticket is  valid between 16. – 18. June 2017 und the departure ticket between 18. – 20. June 2017.
